Computer Network Systems

Computer Network Systems offers IT solutions for SMBs, including diagnostics, repair, and data recovery. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. They also list IT Management and Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Computer Network Systems is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. More on compnetsys.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
