Computer Medic On Call

Computer Medic On Call offers IT support, computer repair, virus removal, and data recovery services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Network Security and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Computer Medic On Call is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Their site is computermediconcall.com.
