Computer Lady

Computer Lady is a computer repair and cybersecurity service provider company. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security and Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Computer Lady is based in Grand Junction, Colorado and around since 2002. You can read more at complady.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Computer Lady, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
