Computer Image Systems

Computer Image Systems specializes in digital and analog document management solutions and conversion services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Document Management and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Computer Image Systems is based in Merchantville, New Jersey. You can read more at com-image.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
