Computer Helper

Computer Helper is a local IT support service provider and computer repair company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Network Hardware and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Computer Helper is based in Douglasville, Georgia. You can read more at computerhelper.org.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
