Computer Concepts

Computer Concepts is an IT services and consulting firm that offers cybersecurity and cloud solutions. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Cyber Security. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Computer Concepts is based in Denver, Colorado and founded in 1993. Their site is computerci.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Computer Concepts, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
