Computek

Computek provides computer software and hardware services along with support for the management and maintenance of systems and equipment. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, Technical Support and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Computek is based in Portsmouth, Virginia. You can read more at e-computek.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Computek well, your review carries weight here.
