Comptronx

Comptronx delivers managed IT, network administration, system monitoring and antivirus malware protection services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Management and Management Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Comptronx is based in North Andover, Massachusetts. You can read more at comptronx.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Comptronx? Rate it.
