Complexus

Complexus offers AI tools for managing projects, tracking tasks, planning sprints, and aligning objectives in customizable workflows. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

The natural audience is teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Complexus is based in Dover, Delaware. Their site is complexus.app.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Complexus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
