Complete Software Services

Complete Software Services specializes in sales, installation, training, support, custom programming, and software modifications. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Complete Software Services is based in Wilmington, Illinois. You can read more at complete-software.com .

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Complete Software Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
