Complete Networking Solutions

Complete Networking Solutions is a telecommunication company that provides IT infrastructure cabling with installations for businesses. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Complete Networking Solutions is based in Gainesville, Florida and around since 1996. More on cnetsolution.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
