Complete Business Technologies

Complete Business Technologies is a technology firm that supplies printing, production print, scanning, and document management solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Document Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Complete Business Technologies is based in Mayfield, Kentucky. You can read more at cbtech.com.au.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Complete Business Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
