Compass Intelligence

Compass Intelligence - A global market acceleration research and consulting firm - redefines market intelligence and consulting. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Legal, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Compass Intelligence is based in Bandera, Texas and founded in 2005. You can read more at compassintelligence.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
