Commitpoint

Commitpoint offers IT staffing, outsourcing, consulting, management training, risk assessment, software evaluation and recruiting services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Outsourcing, Staffing Agency and Training. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Commitpoint is based in Leesburg, Virginia. Their site is commitpoint.com.
