Comm Fed Solutions

Comm Fed Solutions specializes in design-build/interior retrofit, security installation, audio/visual and video teleconferencing, and IT. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. They also list Audio/Visual Equipment, Construction, Consulting and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Comm Fed Solutions is based in Catonsville, Maryland and founded in 2006. Their site is commfedsolutions.com.
