CollateBox

CollateBox is an online service to store all your data lists and add, share and act on them from anywhere, anyhow, anyway you want. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Collaboration and File Sharing. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CollateBox is based in San Jose, California. More on collatebox.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with CollateBox, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
