Coleman Data Solutions

Coleman Data offers custom document management solutions that bring integration between your existing software and older digital records. In practice that means writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

It makes the most sense for teams that produce a lot of documents. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Document Management and Information Services. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Coleman Data Solutions is based in Akron, Ohio. You can read more at coleman-data.com.

Things worth asking about: offline access, permissions, and export formats. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Coleman Data Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
