Coldwater Technology

Coldwater Technology is an enterprise software solutions for engineers, manufacturers, and distributors. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Business Intelligence, Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Coldwater Technology is based in Plano, Texas. Their site is coldwatertech.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
