Cognoscenti Systems

Here is Cognoscenti Systems in plain terms. Secure communications for controls applications. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security, Mobile and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cognoscenti Systems is based in Baltimore, Maryland and around since 2017. You can read more at cognoscentisystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
