Cognalys

Here is Cognalys in plain terms. Cortechs offers digital tools which can be used to measure, monitor, and improve brain activity. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Cognalys is based in Walnut, California and founded in 2014. Their site is cognalys.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
