Code and Clarity

Code and Clarity develops custom apps for small and medium businesses, focusing on web, desktop, and mobile solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Code and Clarity is based in Henderson, Kentucky. You can read more at codeandclarity.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Code and Clarity, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
