Coats Staffing Software

Coats Staffing Software operates as a recruitment firm that offers integrated CRM, payroll, and complete accounting functionality services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Coats Staffing Software is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia and founded in 1995. More on coatssql.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Coats Staffing Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
