CloudScape

CloudScape LLC provides IT solutions, including Quantum Computing, Edge Computing, Cloud Security, AI, and IT staffing. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and IT Infrastructure. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

CloudScape is based in Herndon, Virginia. You can read more at cloudscape.services.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with CloudScape, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
