CloudScale365

CloudScale365 is an IT Services company providing cloud based SaaS and hosted cloud services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services and Telecommunications. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

CloudScale365 is based in Nashville, Tennessee and around since 2005. You can read more at cloudscale365.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
