CloudKPI

CloudKPI is an analytics solution delivering cross-business metrics and utilizes machine learning to deliver business insights. In practice that means turning data into dashboards and reports people actually read.

Who is it for? Mostly analysts and leadership teams. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

CloudKPI is based in New Haven, Connecticut and around since 2012. Their site is cloudkpi.com.

Our checklist for this category: data connectors, modeling layer, and viewer pricing. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with CloudKPI, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
