CloudGen

CloudGen is a software company that provides IT, business consulting, enterprise applications, app development and cloud services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Project Management. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

CloudGen is based in Manassas, Virginia. Their site is cloudgensys.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know CloudGen well, your review carries weight here.
