Cloudfitters

Cloudfitters is a cloud and hardware guiding small, medium and large enterprises to the right technology fit for their business. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. They also list Hardware, IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Cloudfitters is based in Itasca, Illinois. More on cloudfitters.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Cloudfitters, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
