Clindex is the first integrated clinical trial software system designed specifically for medical device trials. In practice that means scheduling, records, billing and compliance for clinics and providers.

It makes the most sense for practices and healthcare organizations. They also list Clinical Trials and Medical, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
