Click Bond

Click Bond is an aviation & aerospace firm specializing in adhesive-bonded fastening technology. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list CRM, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Click Bond is based in Carson City, Nevada and founded in 1984. You can read more at clickbond.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
