Clearbasin

ClearBasin is an IT firm that provides GIS services and software solutions to county assessors, collectors and clerks. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Geospatial and Government, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Clearbasin is based in Springfield, Missouri. You can read more at clearbasin.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Clearbasin, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
