CleanMaint

CleanMaint is a cloud-based cleaning service management software for sanitizing and safeguarding facilities. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Home Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

CleanMaint is based in Everett, Washington and around since 1986. Their site is cleanmaint.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with CleanMaint, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
