ClarityMinded Consulting

ClarityMinded Consulting is an Information technology company that exists to teach, coach, lead, and grow teams of Agile Practitioners. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ClarityMinded Consulting is based in Naples, Florida. You can read more at clarityminded.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
