ClamCase

ClamCase is an all-in-one keyboard case companion for iPad. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer, Consumer Electronics and Consumer Goods. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

ClamCase is based in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan and around since 2010. More on clamcase.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
