CivicLive

CivicLive brings communities together with specialized website, design and content management solutions for local governments. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Government, GovTech, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

CivicLive is based in Scotts Valley, California and around since 2001. More on civiclive.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
