Citiesense

Citiesense is the Neighborhood Knowledge Platform. Citiesense creates data-driven maps and dashboards that strengthen community knowledge. The job it does: turning data into dashboards and reports people actually read.

The natural audience is analysts and leadership teams. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Intelligent Systems, Real Estate and Smart Cities. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Citiesense is based in New York, New York. More on ginkgo.city.

Things worth asking about: data connectors, modeling layer, and viewer pricing. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Citiesense, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
