Circa

Circa App is a location-based forum for college students to connect and discover local events. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Circa is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Their site is connectwithcirca.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
