Cinetix Solutions

Cinetix Solutions is an IT services provider of data management, business intelligence, security, and application development solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence, Data Integration, Data Management, Data Mining and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cinetix Solutions is based in Kirkland, Washington and around since 2006. Their site is cinetixsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Cinetix Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
