Ciigen

Ciigen provides software development services. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. They also list CRM, Digital Marketing, Mobile Apps, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ciigen is based in Ontario, California. Their site is ciigen.com.

Things worth asking about: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Ciigen well, your review carries weight here.
