CiberSystems

Cibersystems Inc. is a collaborative software development company offering IT services, testing, web development, and cloud services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Corporate Training and Social Media. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

CiberSystems is based in Frisco, Texas. Their site is cibersystems.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
