CIBER

CIBER, Inc. is a global information technology consulting, services and outsourcing company applying practical innovation through services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very large company team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

CIBER is based in Troy, Michigan. You can read more at ciber.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with CIBER, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
