Choptank

Choptank provides design, collateral, website development, and social media. The job it does: scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

It makes the most sense for social and community managers. Related areas on their profile: Content Marketing, Marketing, Mobile Apps, Social Media and Web Design. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Choptank is based in Columbus, Ohio and founded in 2014. You can read more at choptankagency.com.

Things worth asking about: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Choptank, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
