CHOOMOGO

Choomogo provides applications with TV programming so that TVs can be connected to the internet and other service applications. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Advertising, Electronics, Hardware and Mobile. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

CHOOMOGO is based in Memphis, Tennessee. Their site is choomogo.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
