Cholasoft

Cholasoft is an IT services company that offers software engineering and operations methodologies. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Cyber Security and DevOps. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cholasoft is based in Orange, California. You can read more at cholasoft.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Cholasoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
