Chefter, Inc

Chefter instantly connects users with food/cooking questions with live chefs who can help them. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Cooking, Food and Beverage and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Chefter, Inc is based in Atlanta, Georgia and around since 2015. More on chefter.com.
