Chartwell Integrated Technologies

Chartwell IT is a software consulting firm specializing in the development of custom software applications. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Chartwell Integrated Technologies is based in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Their site is chartwellit.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Chartwell Integrated Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
