Charta

Charta is a consumer legal SaaS that translates the whole contract process into plain English. Put simply, it is about cases, documents, time and billing for law firms.

It makes the most sense for solo practitioners to mid-size firms. They also list Consumer Software, Data Mining, Legal and Legal Tech, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
