Charm City Networks

Charm City Networks offers IT and networking services for small businesses. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Cyber Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Charm City Networks is based in Baltimore, Maryland and around since 2007. More on charmcitynetworks.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
