Chargeback is a developer of a SaaS-based dispute management platform to help merchants prevent and manage chargeback fraud. Put simply, it is about accepting cards, bank transfers and wallets online or in person.

The natural audience is any business that takes money. They also list E-Commerce, Fraud Detection, Payments and Transaction Processing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.
