Certronic

Certronic is a software company that offers ERP integration, data analytics, and cloud data services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Certronic is based in Clearwater, Florida. More on certronic.com.ar.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Certronic, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
