Cerebral Software

Cerebral Software provides IT consulting services to small and midsize businesses as well as large enterprises. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Database. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cerebral Software is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois. You can read more at cerebralsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Cerebral Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
